Apologies for the flight delay. One of our compatriots faced a 20-hour delay in a flight that was supposed to be made by a foreign airline. To appease this Iranian passenger, the airline operator of this flight presented him with a check for 1,200 euros.
The journey of this Iranian passenger was from London Heathrow to Toronto in Canada on July 1, 2017 (July 20). British Airways has sent this check along with a letter of consolation and apology to the address of the Iranian passenger.
We hope that this article can move some Iranian airlines in the direction of communicating with customers and protecting the rights of passengers, so that instead of delaying passengers for hours without any response, they should treat them properly.
